We are seeking a People Team Operations and Compliance Manager

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in People Team operations, process design, and project management.
  • Strong understanding of People Team programs such as compensation, benefits, performance management, and training.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

JOB DUTIES:

  • Consultation and Process Design: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide expert consultation on People Team processes. Design and implement efficient and effective processes for various People Team programs and initiatives. Work with our global partners to ensure we are offering a best in class Total Rewards package while remaining compliant within each country.
  • Project Management: Manage People Team projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors as needed.
  • Methodology and Tool Development: Develop scalable methodologies and tools to optimize People Team operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, timekeeping, and others that form the employment life-cycle. Optimize PrimePay and People related technology platforms.
  • Employee Data Management: Oversee employee data management processes to ensure data security and compliance with company policies and privacy regulations. Ensure accurate and timely reporting and filings as required by law or company policies.
  • People Team Operations Oversight: Oversee and ensure the efficiency of various People Team functions globally, including onboarding/offboarding processes, leave of absence administration, workers’ compensation, and immigration processes.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements, including EEO-1, VETS-100, pay data reporting, 5500 filings, OFCCP and data integrity audits.
  • Process and Policy Development: Continuously review, update, and evolve processes and policies to align with the evolving needs and stage of growth of the company.
