Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a PeopleSoft Functional Consultant to ensure the successful system build of a new enterprise agreement within Endeavour’s current HRIS.
The PeopleSoft Functional Consultant acts as a key liaison between our Enterprise Agreement team and our external vendor to lead the system implementation of new Enterprise Agreement in our HRIS (Peoplesoft) on behalf of the People & Wellbeing Operations Systems team.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Work with People Systems Manager, Payroll Manager and EA implementation team to ensure all requirements of the new industrial instrument is accurately set up in and functional in HRIS
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions, create and maintain requirement documents and review the vendor functional specifications.
  • Lead quality assurance reviews on vendor proposed functional designs.
  • Prioritise, escalate, and route incidents appropriately to the vendor.
  • Create test scripts and execute testing across all phases of the SDLC.
  • Develop implementation schedule in conjunction with vendor
  • Work closely with other members of the Operations team to develop and maintain end user training material.
