Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced PeopleSoft Functional Consultant to join our team in Victoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional expertise and support in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of PeopleSoft HRMS, Talent Management, eLearning, Global Payroll, and Absence Management modules.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS, Talent Management, eLearning, Global Payroll (Core and Australian Extension), and Absence Management.
  • Understanding of PeopleSoft Security.
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and liaising with technical and test resources.
  • Detailed understanding of testing requirements and approaches for large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Strong analytical, solution design, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and end-users.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Desirable Skills:

  • Good SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting activities
