Description:
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
- Min 6 years experience in Category Management, Sales, Customer/Trade/Shopper Marketing, DX (or equivalent functions externally);
- In-depth knowledge of the German retail landscape;
- In-depth knowledge of brand building, marketing including shopper and trade marketing;
- Leadership skills to achieve goals in interdisciplinary project teams;
- English (and German) business fluent spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
THE MAIN PURPOSE OF PERFECT STORE MANAGER OT / DISCOUNT ROLE IS TO:
a) develop and align quarterly Sales Priorities with all major Top management stakeholders,
b) translate them into a picture of success for each category and customer,
c) setting up the corresponding Picture of Success KPIs,
d) translating them into KAM and RSF targets,
e) aligning them with Top Sales Management (Sales Director and Head of Field Force),
f) measure the success of KPIs vs. picture of success,
g) report the progress to Top Management (Lead Team) on a monthly basis and last but not least,
h) initiate counter-actions if KPIs are below picture of success targets.
Verantwortlichkeiten:
RESPONSIBILITIES / MAIN TASKS:
- Alignment of each Picture of Success for all 4 categories (CSD, NRG, RTDT, SNX) with DACH GM, German Sales Director, Head of DX Germany, Head of Field Force Germany and Head of Perfect
Store Europe;
- Coordination of Picture of Successes with all DX Heads as well as all Category/Brand Teams in Marketing, all GKAMs and Key Account Managers from all customer teams;
- Monthly reporting of major field force KPIs (success tracking vs. picture of success by category/brand and by customer for total Germany);
- Definition of Hero SKUs as well as Must-Have-List SKUs and align across all brands in Marketing, DX and with Key Account Management;
- Preparation of monthly Top management meetings (DACH Lead Team updates);
- Coordination with SFA Team (for Image recognition and Trax data analysis).
