In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a diverse team to analyze and optimize the performance of our engineering processes and systems. Your expertise and proven track record will be crucial in ensuring flawless execution and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with various teams to determine key performance indicators and develop strategies to successfully implement them. Your insights and recommendations will directly contribute to our ability to compete in the market and achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Combine consumer analytics and findings from various data sources to surface insights and opportunities
  • Analyze and identify risks, opportunities, and action plans for decision making
  • Visualize findings and formulate impactful insights for communication to regional and local teams
  • Create reports and dashboards to monitor important metrics and aid in evaluating business initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-departmental discussions and provide data-driven insights
  • Support the generation of budget-long range plans and rolling forecasts
  • Assist in the volume forecasting process for new products and accessories
  • Contribute to the preparation of ad-hoc reports and regional requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • Proven experience in performance analysis, preferably in the engineering industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration skills to effectively work with teams from various departments
