Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
The Performance Analytics Administrator is responsible for utilizing existing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or creating new ones to measure and analyse the performance of various departments within the organization. This role involves collecting data, processing it into a structured KPI format, ensuring data accuracy, and presenting findings to departmental managers and leadership. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of statistics, excel, and math, along with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, business analytics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify patterns and trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and reliability.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and review existing KPIs, or create new ones, in collaboration with management to measure the performance of different departments.
- Collect data from various sources and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Process collected data into a structured KPI format for analysis and reporting.
- Analyse performance trends and identify areas of improvement or potential bottlenecks.
- Present performance analysis findings to departmental managers and leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to identify specific data needs or new KPIs.
- Conduct regular audits of data collection processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
