Description:
Design, generate and analyse of large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights to support performance improvement opportunities across the business. Support with the design and implementation of analytical solutions to solve complex business problems. Develop data analytics strategies that optimise performance efficiency and quality. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and provide insights and recommendations for areas of improvement.
Conduct routine data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports. Provide data and administrative support at all stages of audit processes. Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Identifying, analysing, and interpreting trends or patterns in data sets of varying complexity. Provide support in conducting root cause analysis and identifying actionable insights to drive operational efficiency. Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and projects as assigned by senior management. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to healthcare analytics.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, actively participating in team meetings and knowledge sharing initiatives. Personally responsible for the collation and provision of regular and ad-hoc reports including: - Weekly Business Performance analysis across all areas of the business. Monthly and quarterly performance reports (NQR & KPI). Call Centre performance data Urgent Treatment Centre performance data Reports required by other departments.
Provision of bespoke data to commissioners, regulators, management, and board. Provide analysis of operational and clinical breaches. Manage information requests, both internal and external in an efficient and timely manner. Support in delivery of P&Q business as usual ac
