Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Total Rewards Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs), reward structures, and commission frameworks to drive employee motivation and performance excellence. This role requires a strategic mindset, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of incentive structures to align with organizational objectives and drive results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, finance, or a related field.
  • 3 years and above of proven experience in designing and implementing performance management systems, incentive programs, and commission structures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align incentive programs with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and incentives.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in google sheets or software’s for data analysis and reporting.
  • Certification in performance management, compensation, or related fields is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive KPIs to measure individual, team, and departmental performance in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with line managers, stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into measurable performance metrics.
  • Create and implement reward systems, including bonuses, incentives, and recognition programs, to motivate and retain high-performing employees.
  • Analyze performance data and trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust incentive programs accordingly.
  • Communicate incentive plans and performance expectations effectively to employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs, making recommendations for adjustments or enhancements as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and trends related to performance management and incentives.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding compensation and incentives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and team leaders on performance management processes and incentive implementation.
