Performance and Reporting Manager – Workforce Management
Based at Police National Headquarters, Wellington

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust reporting and analytics practices to generate key business insights.
Respond to OIAs, Parliamentary Questions, and other statutory information requests relating to HR and workforce.
Translate reporting information into operational language that drives business understanding.
Engage with business partners, decision-makers, and stakeholders to provide workforce and HR insights.

Strong understanding of HR and Workforce Management practices
Know the key responsibilities under the Employment Relations Act and when to seek specialist support.

This role is currently based in Lambton Quay, Wellington. Regular travel to Police National Headquarters (Wellington) and occasional travel to Police College (Porirua) will be required.
This role is set at Leader/Manager level , this means your key purpose is “to lead tactics for Our Business and enable people to deliver them”.

Utu ā-tau | Salary
This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $110,425 and $117,014 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
