Description:

Do you have experience as a Performance Management Lead, implementing and collating data, leading projects, and managing teams? If so, Publica Group Ltd is looking for someone like you to join their team!
As a Performance Management Lead, your expertise in project management will be put to use as you lead and oversee various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will be developing and implementing strategies to enhance performance, optimise processes and drive continuous improvement across our organisation. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional team management skills, as you guide and mentor a talented group of individuals.
You will facilitate and drive change, taking the lead role in assisting managers to monitor and improve performance at a department and individual officer level, working across the Residents Services.

Responsibilities:

  • You will deliver data led improvements
  • Lead projects and programmes across Resident Services Group
  • Your be responsible for managing service designers
  • You will deputise for the Resource and Programme Manager and assist the team to provide a breadth of support to the Resident Service Group
  • This role will provide you with the opportunity to work collaboratively with Corporate services to ensure data provided is accurate, informative and reflective of the services performance
