Our client is a leading Company in a Consulting Industry. They are now looking for a Performance Management Specialist to join them.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required for the position of HR specialist
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in relevant field
  • UAE experience is mandatory

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate company’s Talent Management/Performance review HR systems for 400+ employees located in Riyadh, Doha, Manama, and Dubai offices
  • Manage probation periods for all new hires
  • Prepare and monitor performance reviews for Consultants and Support functions
  • Maintain mentor-mentee master sheet
  • Provide Talent Management administration support
