In this role, you will support the optimization of our B2B marketing strategies. Your expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads and Salesforce is crucial for enhancing our lead generation and nurturing processes.
This position allows you to directly contribute to improving our marketing activities, providing data-driven suggestions, and ensuring that our campaigns are efficient and effectively support our business objectives. Ideal for someone with a deep understanding of digital marketing and a passion for achieving measurable results.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the fintech and banking sectors.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Matomo.
  • Proficiency in managing PPC campaigns with a strong understanding of Google Ads; Google Ads certification is highly regarded.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, demonstrating the capability to target and engage professional audiences effectively.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like Sistrix, Conductor, or Seobility.
  • Competence in utilizing CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce or Hubspot, which is crucial for managing customer relationships and automating marketing processes.
  • Business fluency in English and in German languages are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize existing campaigns through regular evaluations to enhance efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement campaign strategies by creating new formats for lead generation based on detailed market and audience analyses.
  • Coordinate with the content team and online marketing manager to ensure unified and targeted strategy implementation.
  • Provide data-supported recommendations to department heads to improve marketing strategies and action
  • Manage lead nurturing processes to implement and refine methods that effectively nurture generated leads and promote conversion.
  • Regularly produce and present performance reports on campaign performance to department heads and stakeholders.
