JOB SUMMARY:
Ruggable has tremendous momentum in Australia and we are now looking to build a local team to lead the next journey of growth. We are looking to bring in a Manager to run acquisition and media campaigns. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive results through managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google, and will expand into other platforms to grow the business. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to participate in the broader marketing and localization strategy for Australia and lead a small but growing team that will run site optimization/digital merchandising and CRM/retention. This role will be based in Melbourne, Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Ad Management
- Manage campaigns with clear marketing KPIs in mind, whose goals may be acquisition, direct response, or engagement
- Manage bids, budgets, audiences, and all targeting settings
- Plan and analyze A/B tests on all aspects of campaigns, such as audiences, creative, and bids
- Report back on test results to fuel further tests and provide insights to other parts of the business
- Analysis
- Diligently monitor the performance and continuously optimize in order to grow sales while hitting efficiency goals
- Provide insights to help the full marketing team improve efforts, including messages that drive engagement and sales, the impact of promotions, and similar analysis
- Conduct market research of other e-commerce and competitor marketing best practices
- Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of strategies and opportunities in paid media (attribution, best practices, betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.)
- Project Management
- Brief in and manage delivery of new creative to improve account performance
- Coordinate creatives for promotions and product launches for wider team
- Strategic leadership
- Lead a team to effectively execute e-comm / retention and other initiatives (e.g., PR, influencer, local partnerships etc.)
- Oversee our marketing execution and overall performance in Australia and be the thought leader on understanding Australian consumer preferences
- Work closely with HQ (LA) to report on performance and collaborate on strategy and execution
