We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager whose mission is to deliver data-driven marketing initiatives to maximise ROI and achieve specific performance goals.
Responsibilities:
WHY IS THIS ROLE IMPORTANT AT AUTOMATA?
This role will help the team deliver best-in-class performance campaigns to drive customer acquisition, increase conversion rates, and maximise marketing efficiency
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Day-to-day management of performance channels e.g. Google Ads and LinkedIn
- Development, implementation and optimisation campaigns on Google Ad, Bing, LinkedIn and other paid media platforms
- Continuous monitoring of campaign performance, adjusting bid strategies to ensure targets are met
- Conduct A/B testing to identify new opportunities and improve results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to create cohesive and effective ad campaigns
- Analyze data and provide regular updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement
- Conduct thorough keyword research and landing page optimisation to improve ad performance
- Set up and ensure correct tracking in PPC of conversion tags and behaviour
- Report regularly on campaign and channel performance, which will also feed into monthly and quarterly reports
