  • Campaign Strategy Development: Create and implement performance marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Platform Management: Oversee advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Content Management: Utilize content management systems like Shopify to optimize ecommerce store performance.
  • Media Planning and Buying: Plan and purchase media effectively to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to increase client ad spend and generate revenue for the company.
  • Joint Business Planning: Develop and manage joint business plans with clients to align marketing efforts with client objectives and drive mutual growth.
  • Technology and Trends Advisory: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing changes and technology, advising clients on the best strategies and tools to drive ecommerce growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within an ecommerce environment. Prior experience in an agency setting working with consumer goods is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and content management systems like Shopify.
  • Experience with marketplace marketing like Amazon, Lazada, and Shopee is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience developing and managing joint business plans with clients.
  • Proven ability to stay updated with the latest digital marketing changes and technologies, and provide expert advice to clients on their application.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful performance marketing campaigns and strategies.
