Description:
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager - Digital (9-month FTC) to join our Performance Marketing team at Tails.com. This individual will be instrumental in managing the planning and performance of Paid Social, Paid Search, and Organic Search / SEO.

In Performance Marketing, it’s our job to inspire people to try Tails.com for the first time across our broad diverse channel mix, firing up their interest in our food and setting up their dog for a lifetime of health and happiness.

THE SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:
- Proven experience in a Performance Marketing Manager role in an agency or client-side
- Experience managing £m+ marketing budgets and delivering performance targets
- Proficient in a range of performance channels including: Paid Social, Paid Search, and Organic Search / SEO
- Ability to forecast performance channels and set up tracking and appropriate reporting cadence - highly numerate and analytical
- Broad understanding of the interplay of all marketing channels and investment
- Confident managing and developing a high-performing team working across multiple territories
Nice-to-have
- Previous experience working for a D2C / subscription / pet vertical / dog food brand

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager - Digital (9-month FTC) to lead the Digital Marketing channel plans in the UK & EU to support the delivery of the overall Tails.com Annual Marketing Plan.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Managing the digital channel plans in the UK & EU to support the delivery of the overall Tails.com Annual Marketing Plan
- Managing the planning and performance of Paid Social, Paid Search, and Organic Search / SEO to deliver a matrix of KPIs
- Working alongside the Performance Marketing Manager - Germany to ensure the Digital Marketing Performance Plans are delivering against the overall targets for UK & German growth
- Working closely with Brand Marketing, Product Management, etc., to ensure the brand guidelines, messaging, and delivery integrated campaigns are effective through the funnel to maximise customer growth and value
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with the digital marketing agency, platform partners, and contractors as appropriate to ensure delivery of plans
