REQUIREMENTS:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketer with expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful campaigns in e-commerce, direct response, or coaching industries. They should possess a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies, with the ability to optimize campaigns across various channels for maximum ROI.
The annual salary would be estimated to 60-80k USD.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on Paid Search and Paid Social advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Experience in e-commerce, direct response, or coaching industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with full-stack marketing concepts, including SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for testing, learning, and iterating to drive performance improvements.
  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and performance tracking to achieve KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
  • Utilize audience targeting and segmentation strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach the target audience.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
