REQUIREMENTS:

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Leveraging your expertise in digital marketing channels, data analysis, and optimization techniques, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing our marketing ROI and achieving our growth objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving KPIs.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices. Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for testing and optimization. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels including but not limited to paid search, paid social, display advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from campaign planning and budget allocation to ad creation, targeting, and optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Utilize analytics platforms and marketing tools to monitor campaign performance and ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to optimize campaign elements such as ad creatives, messaging, targeting parameters, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the creative team, product team, and other stakeholders to develop compelling marketing assets and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing. Continuously seek out opportunities to innovate and improve our marketing efforts.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
