Under the supervision of the Sr. Director eCommerce, the Performance Marketing Manager position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of paid search marketing, including paid social media marketing and display advertising. With 5-7 years of experience in the field, you will excel in budget creation and management, vendor management, and lead generation. Your role will entail leveraging testing principles and practices to optimize campaign performance, and you bring a deep understanding of marketing analytics using tools such as Google Analytics and Microstrategy.
This role ensures campaigns are run successfully by establishing the necessary requirements, creating and overseeing the implementation plans, consistently reviewing campaign performance, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns on time.
Road Scholar offers a remote-first work environment. The compensation range for this exempt level salaried position is $72,500 - $87,000.
