You will play a crucial role in optimizing Tipico’s digital marketing efforts, maximizing ROI, and ensuring the brand’s visibility across relevant search platforms.

WHICH SKILLS SHOULD YOU BRING TO THE PITCH

• Qualification. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads certification) is a plus.
• Experience.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on search engine advertising (SEA). Experience in the iGaming or sports betting industry is highly desirable.
• Campaigns. Proficiency in managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
• Analytical approach. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Detail-oriented. Eye for detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous optimization.
• Language skills. As the #1 sportsbetting provider in Germany, German language skills are essential for this role. As our team consists of more than 30 different nationalities working together to achieve the Tipico mission, fluent English language skills are equally important.
