REQUIREMENTS
- You have proficient skills in using Facebook Ad Manager for ad scheduling and management.
- You are skilled in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- You have strong analytical abilities to interpret data and metrics effectively.
- You are technologically savvy, with a strong technical proficiency.
- You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Nice to have: You bring basic programming or scripting skills to enhance automation.
- Nice to have: You bring graphic design skills for creating engaging ad content.
Responsibilities:
- You administer and schedule ad postings in Facebook Ad Manager.
- You continuously analyse ad performance and use metrics like ROAS or conversion rate as a basis for data-driven strategies to optimize ad targeting and content.
- You utilise AI technologies, including ChatGPT, to scale ads.
- You develop and implement automation strategies to streamline processes and ad postings.
- You design and implement A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives, targeting, and content strategies.
- You oversee the ad spending budget, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum campaign performance.
- You conduct audience research to identify and segment target demographics more effectively.
