We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead digital marketing strategies and implementation for specific Richard Sandoval Hospitality locations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will excel in planning, project management, and data-driven decision-making, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in performance marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
  • Proficiency in running ad campaigns on digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads).
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices, analytics tools, and marketing technology stacks.
  • Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hospitality industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Spanish language.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital campaigns for signature multi-location restaurant brands.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for digital marketing for select restaurants, implementing comprehensive strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and optimize campaign performance, providing regular reports.
  • Manage workflow for cross-departmental projects, including creative assets, landing page development, and digital assets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
