We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist for an AU or SG-based role. The ideal candidate will likely have a current role in a media agency or possess relevant client experience, preferably in a role such as a Performance Marketing Exec, Paid Social specialist/cordinator or another junior position within paid media.
You are passionate about all aspects of digital marketing, willing to contribute to projects within the broader marketing team, gaining exposure to diverse marketing initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity for someone adept at both creative thinking and result analysis, thriving in a fast-paced marketing role. As a key player within the team, you’ll contribute not only to the marketing team’s success but also to the overall success of Employment Hero.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up, delivering, optimising and evaluating campaigns across paid social channels (primarily LinkedIn & Meta) with scope to grow and develop across paid search & other programmatic channels
  • Tackling daily marketing challenges and hands-on problem-solving in a supportive team environment
  • Launching and optimising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit)
  • Assisting in regular reporting and communication of campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborating with the content team to ensure timely and compliant delivery of new creatives
  • Monitoring the performance of social media and other digital campaigns
  • Communicate achievements and progress across the organization for further success
  • Staying abreast of emerging digital and social trends, platforms, and features to drive strategy
  • Assisting with outbound initiatives including non-digital campaigns e.g. gifting, direct response mail
