ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE
This role reports directly into our General Manager for Product and Marketing and is based in Zetland 3 days per week with 2 work from home days. In this role you are responsible for the success of marketing and brand campaigns through paid media channels.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage the implementation of the Always On paid media strategy to maximise the purchase funnel and minimise cost per result in key media channels.
- Adopt data led strategies to increase conversion via experimentation and reporting framework, to ensure campaigns are consistently optimised and measured against accepted benchmarks.
- Own the approach to best practice across all touchpoints including ad structure, content, copy, placements, audience, bid strategy and optimisation goals to ensure that all paid campaigns ladder up to wider business objectives and align to Brand requirements.
- Maintain consistent collaboration with product and sales teams to determine priority models and optimisation of tactical campaigns
- Build out full funnel campaign strategies alongside brand communications and in conjunction with agencies
- Liaise with creative and media agencies to ensure best practice are being tested and adopted in line with recommendations directly from meta and google
- Ensure continuous tracking and reconciliation of all performance investment activities
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Qualification in Marketing, business or similar desirable
- Strong experience within marketing in particular campaign management preferred
- Experience in the evaluation of media strategy, analysis and reporting of post campaign effectiveness
- Effective attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive approach to work and positive attitud
