Description:

Deputise for the Performance Manager as and when required.Support the planning and organisation of a range of complex tasks including gathering information requirements, robust report production and development of new reports.Work with the Performance Manager on the generation of regular reports on key performance and activity targets used both internally and externally.Monitor a range of key performance targets for the Trust and assist in the development of monitoring and remedial actions plans.Support the mobilisation and review of contract outcome reporting requirements.To provide timely and relevant information internally within the directorates on performance issues that may affect Care Group / Trust level performanceEnsure robust internal processes in place to respond to variances in performance of external agreements and service specifications.To assist in the interpretation of performance data and to complete data performance reports that is understandable and useful for a wide range of staff within the Trust.Assist in the interpretation and investigation of performance data reporting identified anomalies to the Performance Manager.Respond to ad-hoc requests for performance data / information as appropriate.To support the Performance Manager to ensure systems are configuration is in place to capture key quality and performance targets and the production of all data reports meet service requirements.To support the Performance Manager to develop and prepare in-depth performance reports and briefing papers where required for senior management team highlighting areas of variable performance and outlining any remedial action needed to address and provide assurance.Support the Performance Team on implementation of performance standards across the Trust as a result of new guidance or legislation.To take responsibility for the monthly and quarterly reporting and monitoring of the Key Performance Indicators and Outcome targets against the plan, escalating any issues in performance to the Performance Manager to escalate.To support annual coordination of benchmarking exercis
