Mito has grown from 3 guys, averaging an age of 27, to 10+ teams, with just over 200 people dreaming up clever things every single day (sometimes including weekends). We provide our services in four business units, ranging from brand strategy all the way to digital development. At Mito Performance we improve our clients’ digital performance and increase online sales using a wide variety of data-driven solutions such as PPC, direct media, programmatic, analytics and SEO, working with brands like Nokia, Wizz Air, Decathlon, OTP, Mastercard, Cetelem or wigo.
The Performance Business Unit of Mito is looking for someone who we can count on. If you would like to work in an environment where you have the tools to measure everything and beyond and client satisfaction is the one thing that wakes you up at night and you have some experience with digital marketing tools; we are looking for you as our new project manager to support our digital performance projects!

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate various analytics, SEO and media projects from requirements definition to lessons learned sessions - don’t worry you won’t need to be the one who creates keyword research, measurement or media plans, because we have separate teams for that. You only need to coordinate their work.
  • Manage independently challenging long-term performance related projects - and by challenging we mean that you do not only have to forward emails. You have to validate and clarify what you pass on from clients to colleagues, and vice versa.
  • Assess, recommend and evolve current workflows and processes - to make not your work but the various teams within the Performance unit easier.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure project success and business impacts - and develop other acronyms based on your personal preference.
  • Assess risks and potential blockers of projects.
  • Build positive relationships with international clients and our various professional teams.
