Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the General Manager
  • Responsible for day-to-day and strategic management of contract performance through the management of the CAFM system, the Service Desk and administration function associated with the Greater Manchester Police Authority PFI contract.
  • To ensure that all services are measured and reported consistently to the required standard and that they meet the specific requirements of the FM Contract, Authority Requirements (PA), and our clients.
  • Line Management of the Service Desk, Administration and Performance Teams
  • Ensure efficient and effective running of the Service / Helpdesk function including performance reviews and CAFM analysis.
  • Undertake AP/RP duties as required with appropriate training
  • Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
