We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance & Support Services Manager to join our facilities team working on our Greater Manchester Police TFM contract based at Eccles police station and covering various police stations across Greater Manchester. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the General Manager
  • Responsible for day-to-day and strategic management of contract performance through the management of the CAFM system, the Service Desk and administration function associated with the Greater Manchester Police Authority PFI contract.
  • To ensure that all services are measured and reported consistently to the required standard and that they meet the specific requirements of the FM Contract, Authority Requirements (PA), and our clients.
  • Line Management of the Service Desk, Administration and Performance Teams
  • Ensure efficient and effective running of the Service / Helpdesk function including performance reviews and CAFM analysis.
  • Undertake AP/RP duties as required with appropriate training
  • Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
