  • Recruit and conduct audition for liveband performers
  • Arrange rehearsal for liveband performers
  • Plan seasonal themed stage design and costumes
  • Handle the wellbeing of all performing artistes
  • Gather feedback from customer on song preferences
  • Ability to be a team leader and lead a team of live performers
  • Possess excellent communication and public relations skill set
  • Assist the restaurant manager on KPI
