We are looking for a Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurse (PD RN) to join our team. If you are a self-motivated, organized individual who is passionate about patient care this is your opportunity to apply. You will also independently manage their cases with confidence and accountability. In this role you will also be providing education on peritoneal dialysis to your patients and their care partners in a clinical setting. This gives the opportunity for dialyze patient to receive treatment from the comfort of their home.
You have responsibility over the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their treatment stays on track.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 12 months of RN experience
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance in state of residence
• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
