Job description / core competencies:
Production Assistant:
Will physically work in production to help them build intercoms and alarm systems.
Candidate will help the Head of Production to build, program and test things.
Not going to make calls or work with clients for now.
The person will be extra hands to build and test our products faster.
With time, the person will also get other responsibilities, but will start t first with construction work of the alarm systems.
Technical Support:
Identifies, investigates, and resolves users problems with home automation & alarm system technical support.
Fields support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries.
Location: Durbanville, Western Cape

JOB QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Great communication skills- interaction with clients daily.
Fluent in Afrikaans.
Above average computer skills.
Technical minded.
Must have Matric.
Oral-Written fluency.
