Department: Supportive Services Program
Employment Type: Full Time (40hrs/wk.); Non-exempt
Reports to: Permanent Supportive Housing Services Manager
Location: SE Portland
Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 annual salary

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent lived and/or worked experience required.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or in a related field preferred.
Experience Requirements/Preferences
- 1 year case management experience required.
- 3 years of previous experience working with diverse populations and families in crisis preferred.
- 3 years of case management experience within social services, homeless services, and/or a PSH setting preferred.
- Experience working with and demonstrated understanding of unique challenges for vulnerable adults including those experiencing homelessness, trauma, mental illness, addictions, and chronic medical needs.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
