Department: Community Services Program
Employment Type: Full-Time (40hrs/wk.); Exempt
Reports to: Supportive Housing Manager
Location: SE Portland
Compensation: $52,500 - $57,000 annual salary

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent lived and/or worked experience required. Master’s degree in social work (MSW) preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES
- 1 year of previous experience working with adults who have experienced chronic homelessness including seniors, veterans, and people with special needs including mental illness, addictions disorders, and chronic health conditions, as well as survivors of domestic violence,
- At least two years’ experience managing social service-related programs, including experience with staff supervision, program development, and budget management.
- Outstanding leadership skills with 2-3 years supervisory experience showing progression (Preferred).
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
