Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Provide Front line support for the PershingX Application via phone, email, chat and web
Research and resolve complex operational issues
Follow Service Issue to completion
Communicate status of service issues to clients
Assist in process improvements
Responsible for the quality and completion of own work

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

College Grad/3-5 years’ work experience
Client Service minded
Inbound Call Center Experience
Financial Services Background
Demonstrated exceptional analytical skills/critical thinking
