Description:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR COMPASSIONATE AND COMMITTED INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT DELIVERING THE HIGHEST QUALITY CARE FOR OUR SERVICE USER, AND WHO IS KEEN TO BUILD POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM AND HIS FAMILY WHILE ENABLING HIM TO LIVE AS INDEPENDENTLY AS POSSIBLE.
Our service user currently has a dedicated care team, to which we are looking to expand with the right candidates. We are therefore looking for individuals who can bring additional experience and skills to the current team, and who are willing to learn new skills and who are keen to get involved and not sit back.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE ACTIVE IN THEIR DAILY LIVES TO CONTRIBUTE TO OUR SERVICE USER’S REHABILITATION REQUIREMENTS.
We are also looking for individuals who are self-motivated, punctual, and proactive in all elements of their lives who can mirror this into their work.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- 3 months previous care experience
- Moving and Handling
- Confident driver
- Comfortable around dogs
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Spinal management experience
- Experience within a physio or rehabilitation setting
