We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Personal Assistant to provide support to the Head of the School’s Leadership Team, with a focus on providing administrative support to our four Heads of Departments. This pivotal role requires someone who must be supremely professional, whilst also being welcoming and approachable. They’ll also need to be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable juggling competing priorities.
This role includes liaising with the faculty office, other central university/faculty services, industry, and other external stakeholders, as well as providing support for various events and committees.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant at a senior management level
- Strong proficiency in office administration procedures
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting schedules and competing priorities
- An exceptional ability to communicate at all levels
- A proactive, self-directed, and independent working style
- Experience working in the tertiary education sector would be advantageous

Salary: $56,500 - $75,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
