Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Language Skills: Fluent English. Additional languages are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role in Dubai. Familiarity with the local business environment is essential.
Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Relevant certifications in administration, IT, or project management will be considered an advantage.
IT Proficiency: Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software. Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients, staff, and external contacts.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Discretion: High level of discretion and confidentiality. Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients. This includes handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence in both French and English.
Document Preparation and Management: Draft, edit, and format documents including reports, presentations, and correspondence. Ensure that all documents are accurate and professionally presented.
Project Coordination: Assist with project management tasks, including planning, tracking progress, and coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion.
Technology and IT Support: Utilize advanced knowledge of IT and new technologies to improve office efficiency. Troubleshoot minor technology issues and provide assistance to the executive in using various software and online platforms.
Event Planning: Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, guest lists, venue selection, and catering arrangements.
Personal Tasks: Manage a range of personal tasks for the executive as required. This may include running errands, booking personal appointments, or managing household staff.
