Description:

Supporting daily tasks, managing schedules, coordinating communication, organizing travel arrangements, and providing administrative assistance with confidentiality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the director.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the director.
  • Assist in personal tasks such as making travel arrangements, running errands, and managing household matters.
  • Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries or reports as needed.
  • Coordinate and liaise with other staff members, clients, and external contacts.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the employers personal and professional life.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively provide support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities.
  • Arrange travel and book flights.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing and filtering requests and information for the employer.

Requirements Previous PA Experience Drivers License and Own vehicle Experience working on Canva and MS Office product
