Description:

  • The role requires daily physical presence at the EY office.
    We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team in supporting the day-to-day business activities. The ideal candidate should have some administrative experience, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and proof-reading correspondence (in and out)
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings, follow up on responses and attendance
  • Scheduling and booking travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Editing and formatting documents and presentations
  • Maintaining and organizing files and records
  • Processing and tracking purchase requests, invoices and submit expenses
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Conducting research and preparing reports on request
  • Providing support as needed, such as preparing meetings requirements, follow-up on tasks (venue, logistics, set-up, etc)
  • Provide additional assistance in various administrative tasks as required, including ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Relevant administrative experience
  • Communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Positive attitude, attention to details, problem-solving skills
