We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Personal Assistant to provide top-tier administrative and personal support to the CEO and his family. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for the family.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist the CEO’s wife and son with various personal and household tasks.
  • Organise family events, appointments, and social engagements.
  • Handle family-related logistics, such as school pickups, travel planning, and special occasions.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address any challenges.
  • Strong project management skills to assist with ongoing property projects.
