Responsibilities:

WHY THIS ROLE?

This is the job for the person that loves being busy and thrives on wearing multiple hats!
You are going to play a vital role in the team by supporting key stakeholders, one of which sits at a national management level and the other who looks after all the people (AKA The HR Business Partner).
We weren’t lying when we said it is the right role for the person that loves to be busy and working in a fast paced environment!
In return you will work with a fantastic team that leave the ego at the door, are easy going and love to have a chat and a laugh when the time is right. They are also extremely professional and focussed on continuing the success that this business has experienced over the last couple of years.
It is a great time for the right person to come and make this role their own. You will be at the forefront of the office culture, a custodian of the brand, the ‘go to’ person in the office and someone who likes to think two steps ahead.

PA TASKS:

Secretarial support – workflow management

  • Email management
  • Diary management
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Minimal organisation of travel

ADHOC TASKS:

  • Organisation of social events such as the company Christmas party and quarterly office social functions
