Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this dynamic role, we are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our client’s esteemed CEO. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, and facilitating seamless communication both internally and externally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments to keep the CEO’s calendar running smoothly.
  • Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Plan and manage a variety of events, both internal and external
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute them, accordingly, ensuring everyone stays informed and on track.
  • Coordinate logistics for both internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain and organise files, records, and documents.
  • Track and follow up on action items arising from meetings.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Manage and screen incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, representing our CEO with professionalism.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive connections.
  • Draft and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
