Description:

Our legal are client is seeking a skilled Personal Assistant (PA) to join their dynamic team. As a PA, you will provide essential support to two partners and several associates, ensuring seamless operations within the department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing and refining high-quality documentation using digital dictation and handwritten drafts in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Managing emails, calendars, and contacts for efficient scheduling and communication.
  • Taking charge of billing processes with precision and accuracy.
  • Handling all filing requirements, including electronic filing, to maintain organized records.
  • Managing diaries and travel arrangements effectively.
  • Conducting general administration tasks such as printing, posting, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Inputting and generating reports on Business Development data using Interaction CRM system.
  • Compiling Business Development materials for client meetings, including research and documentation preparation.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Legal PA/Secretary supporting senior staff.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Document Management and Billing Systems.
  • Experience working with Digital Dictation systems.
  • Ability to adapt and reprioritize tasks as needed.
  • Flexible approach to work with a keen sense of initiative.
  • Discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Willingness to take ownership of responsibilities and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to assist others.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills for continuous improvement.
