Description:

We now need one Personal Assistant to help the management to prepare and maintain paperwork and communicate with stakeholders. This is a full-time role with at least 35 hours per week workload.

The Personal Assistant role requires the following tasks and duties:

  • Liaising with company stakeholders and clients, such as developer, council, or construction team.
  • Prepare relevant paper works
  • Maintain and compile files and documents
  • Attend meetings and take notes
  • Manage phone call and emails
  • Manage appointment and schedule
  • Undertake other reasonable task required by management

Requirement for this role:

  • Diploma in a relevant major, or Bachelor Degree of any major
  • Have good file management skills
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Have good attention to details
