As a Personal Assistant you will provide administrative and operational supporter to a group of partners within Business Advisory division in addition to supporting the operation of the division

Responsibilities:
- Organising meetings, including preparing the agenda and all supporting documentation, room bookings and invitations;
- Sorting, recording and delivering the team’s mail;
- Assisting with client bills;
- Assisting with tenders;
- General administration duties for the team, including scanning and filing documents, maintaining registers and office reception duties;
- Answering the telephones and checking voicemail messages;
- Deliveries for the office as required;
- Coordinating travel and accommodation as required;
- Assist with marketing activities for the division;
- Processing of new client applications; and
- Diary management.
