QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and diplomatic skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for the Director.
- Support efficient office operations by managing procurement and setup of essential resources, including office supplies (stationery, cleaning products), furniture, and desk phones.
- Assist the Director with ongoing projects and tasks, providing research and proposal.
- Provide event management support by researching and proposing creative event ideas, securing suitable venues, and coordinating logistics.
- Manage technical and administrative aspects of office operations, including coordinating with suppliers for air conditioning and building maintenance, managing email accounts, and setting up duty phones
- Manage front desk operations by handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring the smooth reception of deliveries and VIP guests.
- Maintain an efficient PPE inventory system in the office’s small warehouse, including receiving, packing, organizing, and issuing worker personal protective equipment.
- Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- Maintain clear and concise communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director.
