Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is an exciting full time and permanent opportunity to provide administrative support to a CEO of global Melbourne founded organisation. In this exciting and diverse position you will and to ensure the efficient operation of their activities of the CEO.
You will gain exposure to an entrepreneurial and dynamic company working with an established and highly motivated team!
This role is based from their wonderful East Melbourne office and you will be provided a car spot.
Based in the office your hours will be as follows:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executive Support - Travel arrangements, managing email correspondence, business reporting, diary management, assist with legal documentation.
  • Personal Assistant – manage and coordinate property maintenance, travel and event management.
  • Marketing and communications - Budget management, coordinate photo shoots, manage sponsor relations, coordinate marketing promotions, advertising and promotion on social media, maintain content for multiple company websites.
  • Events Organisation
