An exciting opportunity has arisen, for 2 experienced Personal Assistants to join Children’s Services. The roles will be supporting the Assistant Directors within the Children and Families service and will provide a wide range of services including complex diary and inbox management.
The post holders will have proven experience at working within a fast-paced environment at a senior level with a willingness to be flexible and highly motivated to meet the demands of the role.
In addition, the roles will require you to work with a wide range of people, at all levels, including internal and external colleagues - therefore excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential along with a positive approach to building strong working relationships.
Working alongside the Children’s Services Leadership Team, you will be skilled in dealing with difficult and sensitive information and able to brief the Assistant Directors of Children’s Services on key issues that arise. If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
