Qualification and skills:
- A business-related education background at NZQF Diploma level is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to speak fluent English is required, ability to speak Mandarin is preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to executives and management, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and preparing documents and presentations.
- Communication Management: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screen and prioritize phone calls and emails, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring that all documentation is organized and easily accessible.
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating construction projects by liaising with various stakeholders, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel logistics for executives and team members, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
- Expense Management: Manage expense reports and reimbursements for executives and team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Ad hoc Support: Provide additional support and assistance to executives and team members as required, including conducting research, preparing reports, and handling special projects.
