POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director, Group Controller & Board of Directors. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, strong communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will be instrumental in optimising our Board’s time to ensure strategic initiatives and goals are met.
This role can be hired on a full or part time basis and will be based in our Swindon Head Office requiring occasional national and international travel.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as either a PA or EA supporting senior business leaders at Board /C-Suite level
- Proven track record working in a sensitive business environment
- Strong verbal, analytical, interpersonal, presentation and computer / IT skills.
- Self starter with ability to manage own workload
- Trustworthy, responsible and motivated individual
- Organisation and time management skills essential

Responsibilities:
- Executive administration support to our EMEA & APAC Managing Director and Global Group Controller: expenses, diary management, inbox filtering etc.
- Organising and managing Board Meetings and ad-hoc meeting/event requests from the Board of Directors.
- Administration support for the EMEA & APAC board members to include but not limited to; travel organisation, credit card expenses, personal expenses, documentation proofing and PO management.
- Direct line management responsibility of the Head Office Assistant
- Facilitation, co-ordination and participation in quarterly EMEA APAC town hall meetings
- Managing and executing legal signing on behalf of the Managing Director and Board of Directors.
- Supporting with project management administration and coordination.
- Be the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and documents.
